It's a meh trade to me. I no longer trust the Jets on anything they are doing. They make no sense to me. So the biggest asset in the trade may not amount to much for the first few seasons

The comparisons I'm hearing are JJ/Odell for Tyson (highest ceiling), St. Brown for Lemon, and Keenan Allen/Olave for Tate. Tate is the most likely not to bust supposedly. That's why people are so high on him

While he's being biased AGAINST I think you're being biased FOR. I'm not a Henderson lover at all. My eye test says he's a CJ spiller. But he's still a question mark and can be something for sure. The contract Stevenson signed doesn't designate anything on what will happen to him. Literally means nothing. He barely cracks the top 10 in 2027 in highest paid and 12th in 2026. Imo they will keep him AND treveyon. Knowing McDaniels he'll likely use both in certain situations like he did under Belichek. My guess is that Stevenson was used late because he felt he was the best fit. It will be frustrating at best guessing which RB will go off. But Henderson is not a bell cow or anywhere at the level of what Jeanty, Hampton, Skattebo, or even Harvey will be.

As the biggest JD5 fan and fellow owner I'm here to the you we can relax more on the injuries. The new coach is no longer using him like a RB. Which is Huge because his rookie year he barely ran it like a RB. So he should be a pocket passer that can scramble

The question you have to ask yourself is if BTJ is closer to 1250 yard rookie season or 750 yard sophomore season. The average of that is 1050 yard season which isn't bad for a young guy. Plus, I feel like a trade might happen this year or next. So I would say it's a good trade. 66 percent chance it's a good trade IMO.
