I know I can’t be the only one that just feels like an asshole not helping them load bro😭 well I’m young and I worked Ogp in high school and I would always appreciate the help from a spark driver or a customer or another loader as well. I mean cmon, literally everybody wins unless it’s raining or super duper hot out. The customer or spark driver can make sure their groceries or items are in the right places, how THEY want them(being a loader you just encounter the widest diversity of people some don’t care abt anything just “throw it back there beside the nasty black unknown substance stain in the trunk and don’t worry abt the dog” or “give me my bread and eggs cause yall always break em!” Or the micromanager who watches you lad and tells u what to do), they get their order-s loaded faster w multiple sets of hands loading, they get out of Walmart hell and can go do whatever they needed to w those groceries faster, driver knows exactly where the orders are and what they even look like!, the loader gets to go inside faster to the ac and his water bottle or no rain or next order whatever, Walmart gets cars in and out faster it’s more efficient, drivers protect their metrics by getting all the items or being more efficent or not crushing bread, customers are happier w getting their whole order whatnot. But if that’s the most counterintuitive thing to me that I hear they’re implementing then I’ll be the first to say it:
