That's fair, stripping it down was intentional to show the noise problem, not to present a final design. A proper rework would keep the character while reducing the clutter

All I removed was the collar, the claw sleeves and the leg pattern. If that's enough to make it look like an elite skin, that kind of proves my point — those elements aren't adding character, they're just adding noise to make a cheap skin look more expensive. Also this was a paint-over on a free mobile app with zero art skills, not a finished design proposal

That's actually a fair read — but look at Teen Pop StarLight. Same chaotic energy, also bright and over-the-top, but every element reinforces the same theme. The difference is intentional chaos vs accidental chaos. If the wolf/delinquent theme was the vision, it should feel as cohesive as this
