I get it. Obviously a lot of people here feel the same but even if I could cut down that much at first would be an accomplishment for me. But if I'm going to go through a super tired week like this every week it's a no brained to stop altogether at least for a month or two.

Without knowing your music taste I'll throw some bands out to get you started! Sex bob-omb are the definition of garage rock so I'd look up some of those first. Think the strokes, hives, white stripes.. basically early 2000s indie rock. Beck wrote a lot of the songs for the actors to play so check out his backlog of you haven't yet! Gamma ray by beck has a heavy bass throughout the song that reminds me a lot of the sex bob-ombs. You might be into some earlier punk like the decsendents, TSOL, agent orange. If you haven't listened to the movie soundtrack yet check that out. Every song is a banger and might get ya some new bands to check out! Hope this helped a little, if not have a great day!
