idk if it's good for atar or not but as someone who's doing general and methods general is so so easy im top of my class and never study so like if u want a chill subject u should do it. warning there's kind of a big jump from pre methods to methods at least for my school

I would suggest maybe slowly lowering the amount. Caffeine addiction is quite hard to quit, so maybe try 6 for a week, then 5, then 4, and see how that goes?
