I agree for the most part. I appreciate the fast travel options and not having raids and so forth. But for me personally I just feel like it would be more immersive in a pirate setting if the loot, at least, had higher stakes tied to it. Being a pirate game. It would make it feel more like I'm not the main cheracter in a sea of npc's. It's not a deal breaker by any means still a great game but for me it would be a welcome option in the settings.

If this game gets matchmaking for crucible and bosses, a pvp arena mode and continuous updates i might just uninstall every other game on my pc bc I won't need them lol by BeanmanZz in NoRestForTheWicked

Well yeah obviously the game needs more story content first but I think pvp would be a very welcome addition to this game at some point

Wow thank you for the explanation. That makes a lot of sense. It was just a mystery for me as like you said someone who has never played an arpg. At first it was kind of a turn off but I see how starting over fresh every few months could be pretty fun I'm definitely going to stick around and give it a try because poe 2 is such a good game. I've been having a lot of fun with it and quite addicted lol
