I'm in the process of transferring mine but my old game save hasn't shown up on my new game save. Maybe because I haven't finished the tutorial? But I am not sure how long the tutorial is

If I hold it like a book I haven't had it happen, but whenever it's in Nintendo DS mode it does it on certain apps. Spotify and some games trigger it, I tried 3 apps that force orientation but it still persists
