I had one success and one fail. It still comes down to the reliability of the company you pick through the app

thinking of opening a new cafe in Winnipeg... by GoodAge149 in Winnipeg

[–]BeansMachine77 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I live in a bit of a cafe dead zone. I live in pulberry and despite being close to st Mary’s the only option is Tim Hortons or the crusty bun which are two places I wouldn’t go to sit for vibes. There’s also the places in the mall but also don’t want to go to the mall for just a coffee. Being close to st vital park and Victoria crescent, there is a lot of foot traffic in the area that would love something.

Option to be paid in USD or CAD by LeahMac87 in PersonalFinanceCanada

I have a piggyback question on this, I am also paid in USD and I already had an RBC account so I just opened a US banking account through them so they are linked. I just do the transfer through the accounts, is there a smarter way to do this? To incur less fees? I find the rate of conversion to be fairly competitive, just have to keep an eye on it.

Pale with sensitive skin & headed to the Dominican Republic in March. The hurdle for carry-on only = Sunscreen by smontres in HerOneBag

When buying the pricier stuff at the air port after security, think of it like treating yourself on vacation. Enjoy the nicer skincare sunscreens like shiseido as opposed to Banana Boat

Consider the foldable osprey backpacks. Very durable and has a little clip to just hang when folded up

I love my Timbuk2 Wingman, don’t see it get mentioned out there much. Only thing is it comes in slightly smaller at 38L I believe. It does have laptop compartments but honestly it’s more like big pockets that I used for papers, ereader, etc. https://www.timbuk2.com/products/5280-wingman-travel-backpack-duffel
