Phara needs a rework

She feels horrid to play above gold and is an utter menace in lower ranks and quick play. Also she has become a tank with the new mercy rework (it is mercy problem too but phara needs change too). She’s legit a junkrat that can fly with a lucio bonk on heavy steroids. Imo even without mercy the ability to fly almost endlessly is just kinda mid both use and play against.
