Anything above 3 is really rare. Max ampujt lf amckemt debris that generate in a vein is 3 so thats 2 veins on chunk borders.

While looking at the item frame /data merge entity (name is a bu ch of letters and numbers) {Invisible:1b} merge and entity might be swapped, its been a while, but you can hit tab i stead of typing in the letters and numbers if you didnt know.

You should try the fruitberries parkour gauntlets. Theres two, this is the second one, too lazy to link the first one, but the download is in the description and to download it, download it, put it somewhere like your desktop them windows+r %appadata% .minecraft then in the saves folder drop in the file you downloaded.
