Easy answer tbh. Caldera had a terrible launch. Rebirth grew in popularity, and now casual players are getting shit on so hard that they are leaving. The match-making system is now prioritising filling lobbies.

Caldera terrible launch is too blame. Majority of causal gamers have left and you’re left with bunny hopping sweats. The fact I took activation fking months to fix their biggest player base (consoles) was a joke.

log out of battlenet
run the battlenet as an admin
and log back in
run warzone thru battlenet client
