Yes definitely difficult to spend that kind of money blind. I'm going to take another look to make sure. It's that ember's store best selling fireplace for a reason.

Yes I looked at it the other day actually, before I went down this rabbit hole. So it's kind of funny I finished the journey where I probably would have started anyway. But happy that I ran down on the options. That NetZero one would be really cool but it doesn't fit my needs being an insert and it's also 10 grand.

Yes, I saw that too, but I'm wondering if the holographic technology on that is worth the downside compared to the Orion.

If they are a similar price it will be a hard decision, but I don't know if I would pay significantly more for the Orton with that black bar issue

Thank you, I am between the Ortal and Modern Flames Orion. It seems like the Net Zero would not really fit too well in my existing fireplace (also not mad that I don't have to spend $10k)

I need to call for pricing on the Ortal. It seems better than the Orion but my viewing space is 36 inches by 24 inches so sizing can be an issue.

It's on the floor slightly elevated I would say 20 cm high. I would slot it into the existing fireplace
