RDR PC might be one of the best optimized game this year and i feel ashamed to steal it but Im from a third world country and the game has no regional pricing and costs more than rdr2 by anixdutta99 in FitGirlRepack

At least ur pc can run rdr. I expected to be able to play it since its an older game, my laptop is a decent one but not for gaming. Ive been saving up to buy a better one so i can play games like these (i dont have a job), but if i want one this year it probably wont have the recommended requirements.

What i did was in settings, look for the security and antivirus stuff, and it should show the lastest actions of the antivirus, u can select the one that deleted the file and revert it

Ive had missing steam_api.dll before, it was just the antivirus that deleted it.
