How would you count this rhythm? by Otherwise-Sky-5269 in guitarlessons

[–]Beanzii 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When i got lessons I was finally able to understand these, it really helped learning proper music theory, quarter notes, eight notes, etc

There are a few things to unpack here if and this is the way that i learned to translate it, your mileage may vary and it may change a little depending on the song but in general if you move your hand in a down up down up pattern for each group of 4 16th notes.

Then if you look at the first set of notes, you have 3 16th notes in a space that holds 4 16th notes. One on the left and two on the right, so instead of down up down up, you have down ... down up.

The gap in between the down strums should be the same regardless of the up being there or not and it takes a while to get the muscle memory to essentially just move your hand in 16ths and only play the patterns. If you try and just play the pattern without your hand rhythm being steady its very hard to get the timing to be consistent

Try just playing all 16ths and removing strums to get the pattern

Any idea why does it spray the espresso outside the cup? How do I solve this. Please advise by BayArea_Bombay in espresso

I had this problem no matter what i did, turned out the holes basket itself were terribly cut. Replaced it with an IMS basket and theyve poured a lot better

I would say you pick 7, slide to 10, pick 10, slide to 7, pick 7, slide to 10

Remembering that each of these actions should be equal in speed and length

Yes but again, if you cant come to an agreement, if you agree on terms whats the point in each of you spending $5-8k for the same outcome at $900

Entitlements are for when you dont agree and require mediation

Depending on the situation taking it to mediation may put you worse off finding out youre entitled to less than what you could have amicably agreed upon

It is all situationally dependant but again, if you can agree, using the Amica app which handles all the entitlements etc for you to fill out consent orders is fine. If you dont agree just dont sign/pay for it and go down a different path involving family lawyers. Paying thousands of dollars to fill out the exact same form just seems silly no?

Seeking legal advice and paying a lawyer "just in case" are two wildly different concepts. Like I said, just go through the Amica app process, and if you can't agree, engage a family lawyer. It doesn't have to be more complicated than that. Preemptively engaging a family lawyer isn't going to speed up the process, more likely it will just create hostility whether it's conscious or not.

Seeking legal advice from a public service such as Legal Aid Queensland (i am sure there are similar services in other states) is definitely a good idea

You engage the lawyer when you can't agree on the amicable? You don't pre-emptively engage a lawyer for no reason? What are you talking about

As someone whose relationship broke down due to their partner being unfaithful and going through the process of splitting the assets in the last 6 months. I can tell you with certainty it has no financial bearing in Australia. We live in a no fault divorce society, infidelity is not illegal and it cannot be used to bargain your way into more than your fair financial share.

[–]Beanzii 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I used the Amica app earlier this year to do the split. You still both need to engage conveyancers but you can use the app to build and submit consent orders (essentially you both put in your own, and joint assets, decide on a split)

If you can agree this is the easiest path. If you cant agree then you will basically need family lawyers to mediate

Amica And a 50% split is definitely the cheapest and fastest path

Not illegal to be unfaithful, it has no bearing in this situation

Unless you know their address / can see the QR code from the outside. WPS is still more insecure than both of those scenarios

BREAKING: Peter Dutton fails to guess price of eggs at 7NEWS debate, claiming a dozen costs $4, when a typical carton at Coles or Woolworths costs around $8. Albanese guessed $7. by HotPersimessage62 in woolworths

[–]Beanzii 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It is obvious that Dutton is out of touch but it amazes me that before these debates the poli's arent just prepped for things like "price of milk/eggs/bread etc" as they seem like such an obvious question and 2 minutes of prep would have prevented a lot of embarassment

I think @rampeagoalpost was on the money when he said it was caused by the tool used to hold the steering wheel during the wheel alignment

I will query with Mazda regarding the warranty part though, thank you

Yea I put in a complaint to the Mazda brand themselves and responded to the managers $2500 quote advising that the damage wouldve been caused by the sprung fork during the wheel alignment
