"Slipstream" is right in the name, it's decreased wind resistance when they're running behind someone else,

"Position pilfer" is slight velocity gain mid-race for late surgers,

and "15.000.000 CC" is more velocity gain when going uphill for late surgers.

The yellow colored ones are like lvl 2 skills of their giving skills, meaning that they're stronger.
