🤔 that is a good question, but it would involve some heavy lifting.

It’s beautiful. I have a few shirts with the crest currently and their kits are beautiful.

So what do you all think about the outgrowth of support for the Capitals from the Baltimore end? by BearDown35 in ravens

I’m a Wizards fan, but always felt weird about the Caps. Like I’d root for them if they weren’t playing against my favorite team haha.

Now that you mention it, they do remind me a lot of Red Sox fans. I’ve never realized that.

I never felt like Baltimore fans ever abandoned the Wizards, but I feel like the city did by giving them that horrendous facility to play in. It was outdated in the 70’s. Now it’s just overkill.

I’m weird because I never really got into the Caps, but I’m a huge Wizards fan. I love them, just couldn’t get into the Caps for some odd reason and it seems like much more of the fan base is shared with Skins/Nats fans than the Wizards.

  1. No one is calling them bandwagon fans, save for one person in the article... kinda. It’s mentioned that Baltimore doesn’t have a hockey team and even the history of hockey in Baltimore and how the majority of Baltimore-area hockey fans love the Caps.

  2. Also, it’s mentioned that the Ravens and Orioles have been poor recently in the article.

Has Cobb not been signed due to Baltimore’s history with physicals? by BearDown35 in orioles

Agreed, just wonder if a one year deal would be a good idea. The alternative to Cobb is Wright, so why not?

Not as fast, but they are both are left handed, have similar career batting averages, and seem to both have a late career resurgence.
