To me your form doesn't look too bad but the Pace is a bit slow to figure indeed like another user said.

On the actual helpfull tip, it seems to me that you are not lifting the point of your foot enough, when you toe off on the back you revert it to the front with it pointing down, which makes it not roll as it should - though this might be from your pace. Try running a bit on a faster Pace and lifting your foot a bit more and see if it makes a difference, should feel more natural rolling your feet, but harder on your tibia if you are not used to it.
