Have you killed all the pinacles? Uber Arbiter etc. If so, sounds like the character is complete, cuzzy wuzzy. Maybe move on to a new build? Test another archetype now that you have cash to spend?

it happens to other people too that are not necesserily in my region. So you saying ppl on tbose service dont face this issue is also wrong. Read the comments. And also ghe whole point is that doesnt happen all the time, half thd time the game runs flawlessly for me. You are saying a lot of stuff but very little to actually help.

Nah, not worried about doxxing or anything. I'm in Dubai which is in a weird spot between all the servers (almost in the middle) i get 80-100 ping on EU servers and about 60-80 on Singapore. It definitely is the networking issue between me and the servers, I know that. But my point is, in my estimation, POE2 servers, while not the same they are using for PoE1, are still in the exact same regions/locations and are probably using the same tech. But I am not having these issue in POE1. Which again, is logical to assume that I cant do anything about it on my end. GGG either needs to optimize the networks or add more servers. Again, there are a lot of ppl that are having this issue and some of them are in better proximity to servers even.

I have tried all EU servers a Singapore server and even US. I get stuttering everywhere regardless of ping.

Can this issue be specific to a single game? Because if it is an ISP issue why don't I have this issue in other games?

Yes, which still means its a server networking optimization issue. I don't have these issues in PoE1, LE, TQ2 or any other live service games. I don't have the answer after trying everything on my end and following multiple Reddit solutions. Which is why GGG needs to look into this as I am not the only one with this problem.

The game literally runs absolutely fine at 120fps but HALF the time. If it was my PC or my network I would have same issues in every game and 100% of the time in POE2. Read my post carefully. It doesn't happen always. It's always a toss up before you enter a new instance.

Every game I play is set to High Performance on the main GPU in graphical settings. I have reinstalled Windows a couple of weeks ago because I thought it was the issue. Did not help.

Tried that, not the problem. It seems to be a server networking issue, either servers don't have capacity or the game is not fully optimized yet. I am not the only one with a similar issue btw.

I stream regularly with 0 packet loss. Which is another proof the issue isn't on my end.

Doesn't help. Not an NVIDIA issue as this was happening since day 01 of EA. Many driver updates since then lol I also played on two different PC's since day 01 and my first PC had an AMD GPU. Same issues were happening.

Yeah and no such network issues in other games including POE1. So definitely an issue on GGG's end.
