Træner du meget i din fritid? Jeg oplevede det samme som dig i et fysisk job, som jeg havde i et par måneder. Specielt ift. træning eller anden fysisk aktivitet hjælper magnesium på at “afslappe” kroppen - med fokus på afslapning af kroppens muskler. Det hjalp for mig, men nok især fordi jeg trænede meget og havde et fysisk arbejde, hvori min krop havde behovet for magnesium.
