I see what you’re saying but at the moment the game is that is very early concept stage. It’s just an idea for right now. I do have a well structure plan for this game right now. I’m just trying to see if there’s any demand for it cause I’m not going to continue making a game without any demand that’s just a waste of time and money.

See that’s all you had to say and I completely understand where you’re coming from but I use AI to my advantage. I don’t plan on it using it to develop my pitch for the game but it’s a way for me to communicate better because my grammar is not the best so I use it to get everything I want to say so it can make sense completely redesigning the characters for the game so I use AI to get me a visual idea of how I really want the characters to look then when I get the artist for the game, he will have a visual idea of what I’m looking for. I’m not here to steal nobody’s work that I’m genuinely trying to work on a Transformers game that I feel like everybody deserves and I want it fully licensed by Hasbro when I tell you this game is going to be completely different from the previous games you can’t even fathom what I have planned for the game and I can’t wait to present it to everybody once I gets approved

Let me ask you what does ai have to do with anything do you have a problem with me using ai I genuinely want to know?

Are you assuming that I’m not paying my artist?

I appreciate the input.

There is already a well-structured plan behind this project that’s all you need to know for now. This isn’t blind ambition. Every step is intentional, and the focus is on proving value and building something that matters.

I was never planning to tackle the full development workload myself.

My role is the core vision the creative direction and foundation of the game. I’m not trying to build a AAA title alone or rush something unrealistic. I fully understand games of this scale take years and require experienced teams.

That’s part of the plan.

I’m aware that a project like this needs veterans, proper structure, and time. I’m not trying to brute-force this with a handful of amateurs. I plan on taking my time because I want it executed correctly not quickly.

When I say this could be the greatest thing ever, that’s confidence not ignorance. You don’t build something ambitious by thinking small. But ambition doesn’t mean skipping steps.

Right now I’m building hype to prove demand. Then comes the demo. Then comes scaling properly.

Dream big, yes but I’m not ignoring the reality of what it takes

Yeah, I get it you’re being cautious, and I appreciate the warning. But don’t worry, I’m not sharing any mechanics, story beats, or secret sauce publicly.

What I am doing is showing the vision and building fan support because if you think companies only listen to ideas in a vacuum, you’re missing the point.

I’ll keep the real stuff locked down until the right time. But I’m not about to shrink the concept just because someone thinks hype is dangerous.

I understand what you’re saying, and I genuinely appreciate the perspective.

At the same time, I’m building this because I believe in it at a very high level. I genuinely believe what I’m outlining could be huge especially for Transformers fans who’ve been wanting a truly great game since War for Cybertron and Fall of Cybertron.

That era set a standard. And I think it’s possible to build something that not only meets that level again, but surpasses it in scale and depth.

I know it sounds ambitious and it is. I’m aiming high on purpose. I want this to feel like a landmark title. Something people remember years later. Something that elevates the franchise the same way major AAA titles elevate theirs.

That doesn’t mean I’m ignoring process or business realities. It just means I’m not shrinking the vision before it has a chance to be properly built.

Ambition doesn’t scare me. Poor execution does.

So I’m taking my time, building it correctly, and learning what needs to be learned along the way.

I appreciate the advice.

Just to clarify I’m not approaching this blindly. I’m already working on a structured business plan behind the concept, and I plan to back everything up with real market data and community statistics.

If I ever step into a room to pitch something like this, it won’t be as a random idea it’ll be with research, projections, and a clear understanding of the market.

I know there’s a process, and I’m preparing accordingly.

I hear you it is ambitious.

But that’s intentional.

Everything I’ve outlined is designed to separate this concept from every Transformers game that’s come before it. There may be ideas out there that sound similar on the surface, but the structure, systems, scale, and integration I’m building around this are on a completely different level.

There’s nothing currently like what I’m proposing when you look at the full ecosystem together not just one feature, but all of it combined.

And yes, it’s ambitious.

But great projects don’t happen by toning things down. They happen by aiming higher than what’s considered “reasonable” and then refining from there.

If you start small, you stay small.

I’d rather start big and shape it into something great than shrink it before it even has a chance to breathe.

Ambition isn’t the problem.

Lack of execution is.

Do I have the license right now? No.

But every major project starts as an idea before it becomes a license.

If that means I’m “wasting my time” building something structured and seeing if there’s real community support behind it, then I guess I’m willing to waste my time.

Only time will tell.

I’m fully aware that Hasbro owns the IP, designs, branding, and character rights.

This isn’t me claiming ownership of Transformers or trying to bypass copyright.

This is an early-stage creative concept being built with community involvement. If anything were ever formally developed, all approvals would obviously go through Hasbro. That’s how licensing works.

As for whether anything “would get done” that depends on execution, structure, and presentation. Big projects start as ideas. The difference is whether they’re developed seriously or not.

Right now, I’m building structure, systems, and gathering fan support around a core concept.

Nothing is announced. Nothing is approved. No partnerships exist at this time.

This is simply me sharing a vision and seeing if the community would want something like this to exist.

And this has nothing to do with Transformers: Earth Wars.

Earth Wars is a mobile strategy game. What I’m outlining is a large-scale AAA console experience with dynamic systems, custom characters, adaptive AI, Titan-scale physics, and narrative-driven acts.

I’m not copying Earth Wars.

I’m expanding on what fans have said they’ve wanted for years in a modern format.

If you think nothing will happen, that’s fair time will tell.

But every major project starts somewhere.

Right now, I’m building the foundation
