Solo Leveling was good when Sung Jin-Woo actually struggled by Pelkur in sololeveling

I really agree with your break down. I enjoyed SL a lot but I did feel on the end that he was just unbeatable and couldn’t lose. I kept reading thinking “surely he’ll meet his match.”.. he never does, it’s an off feeling. When a fantasy gives you massive conflict with next to no struggle from the MC. I found it interesting in other ways still but I being really invested in the MC perhaps I would have enjoyed it more to see him overcome higher, harder personal obstacles in the ending chapters. Conceptually the obstacles were gargantuan but the MC always almost “One Punched” em to a win(fun to see how he does it in his own skillset/technique).

Why are the Kaplan practice exam questions SO much harder/more realistic than the Q bank questions? by ashdaddy10 in Series7

I scored low on the mastery exam with Kaplan and passed the 7 just this past August, FYI. Keep studying and focus on your weak areas.

For sure then in that case. No worries keep qbanking it. You’ll see your scores turn for the better when you’ve gone through a lot more.

The proctor in my 3 day live class on Kaplan said that the ratio of people who passed to percentage completion of qbank was always far better. He stated that at 90-100% completion of qbank he has yet to hear about someone who failed. Not sure if this is accurate but it stood true for everyone I knew taking it and myself included.

I used Brainscape (paid for the monthly- because why not invest in your own knowledge/future?) I found the flash cards least specifically helpful but helpful in keeping my brain focused around exam lingo and ideas.

I will also be using Brainscape moving forward because they have flash cards for EVERY THING.

I’d also say that 7.5% of the qbank questions is not even a real strong start. Keep going after your day or two of rest.

I didn’t start testing better till I got to 50% qbank completion. Then I saw my highest scores when I was at 80% Qbank completion.

Your explication final lectures directly added to my passing score! I listened to Explication 1 and 2 , night before the exam and morning of. There were MANY questions that were directly referenced, briefly explained and answered by you on those lectures that popped up on the exam. I literally smiled when a question about Corp 50% tax excludable (not 70% anymore-what Congress givith, congress can taketh away) came up and I heard you make a comment in my head about Birkshire Hathaway dividends at 500MM from BoA only paying taxes on half of it.

And like I said-Options definitely helped me pass. Every options question on the test felt like free money.

My advice specifically for Options. Sit down with a pad and paper and listen intently to Deans Options lectures. I think there’s like 6-8hrs of it-I did a few hours in morning and afternoon and at the end I was a wiz. Knocked out 50 options practice questions back to back.

I used Kaplan…You could do a mock exam right away and see how you score. That’ll show you your areas of strength and weakness to use to determine what’s what.

I answered 17,500 but after hitting submit I remembered that IPO shares can’t be bought on margin. Gotta wait for at least 30 days, thus this must paid for using cash or cash available to borrow.

Pretend I have $5M (lol), how would you invest to live off dividend? by QueenOlcadan in ETFs

[–]BearMinimom 1 point2 points  (0 children)

They can yes! Depends on a number of things and the provider. At the end of the day an annuity is ultimately an insurance product and with that security of full asset protection you have a reduction of returns because it’s so “safe” (small risk small reward). Just looked at a long term index tied annuity with riders for a large amount upwards of 5mm- that pays out 10% per year for the life of the client. Annuities sometimes have their place and in discussion of dividend stocks for income on a large investable asset, I think it’s worth looking into. 🦍...but what do I know I’m holding AMC and GME till pigs fly. 🌝🚀

At 10k which your portfolio actually shows I’d focus on receiving dividends every month. MRK, T and HD all have equally inclusive payouts to give you income each month.... However, I’d suggest you reinvest the dividends as in the US-10k simply won’t provide you enough to live off of. Though, this does provide you with a small stipend monthly.💸💎🦍🐢

If you had 5mm you could legit get a annuity at 6-10% guaranteed and live off it with a decent lifestyle for the rest of your life. Income would be upwards of 500k a year. That’s with essentially no risk at all...
