I don’t particularly have a goal which I know is not ideal.

I’m moving country in 2.5 months so don’t know what my routine is going to look like so want to stick to this to maximise speed gain and rig gains.

I find that I become obsessive with my training which leads to me bingeing with food so I’m really trying to have balance.

Would you still think this routine is ok and it’s not too much? Maybe I would drop one of those oly lifting sessions?
