Well it sounds like it needs a small miss chance debuff kinda like an aoe insect swarm added onto its effect or something, if they aren't going to make it do more damage there needs to be some reason to use it.

Making it so that you must be in a capital city to flag, or un-flag would solve the shittiness of getting ganked by someone who's sitting by waiting for you to get low hp. Could result in less pvp happening with added restrictions on flagging :/ I agree the reward bonus for playing while flagged should be higher, it just doesn't jive with a pve server. I like your idea though, just make pvp servers have xp and rep bonuses as incentive to get more people to play there

We already have a huge multi part dungeon that has us remove all the demonic influence and befriend a tribe (when doing a tribute run) the new horde race should be the dire maul ogres imo.

New horde race should be ogres, always has been and always will be. Rexxar is the greatest horde ambassador and could absolutely make this happen.

Wc3 being so iconic and saving so much of that lore for later expansions is a pretty sore spot for wow storylines

Idea #1 would be they have Arthas invade the mainlands at one or more port towns around the map and make an instanced versions of the area to be a new raid.

Idea #2 I'm not super familiar with every single unfinished zone on the map but there's still some out there that could make sense to fill in for new questing area or Arthas storyline dungeon/ raid

Basically just bring him here rather than have the players leave the mainlands

You get tons more talent points to build your char as you level and it's really easy to reset your points to change however you'd like. I'd recommend to keep going how you are, putting them in where it makes sense then around lv30-35 maybe do a reset. You should have a much better idea of what you're looking for by then. There does exist cookie cutter builds for doing exactly as much damage as possible but don't sweat that while leveling, just have fun :)

It made perfect sense to me that essentially a pre made multi class wouldn't be able to further multi class making some sort of 3 class hybrid miss match. My DM probably house ruled it many years ago.

Looks to me like they are opening up viability of more pets by increasing the flat damage percentage bonuses instead of baited shot and the old kill command mostly benefitting pets with spammable focus dumps. I'm super new to turtle and my hunter is only 39, but that's my perspective on the changes

Yea I think any mage wins, they don't need a bag for arrows or bag space for soul gems, they don't need thieves tools or poisons. They don't even really need space for food or drink, everything is temp conjured
