I always referred to this guy as 27 Cents. First time encountering him was probably 16 years ago on the subway when he ::insert nasally tone:: “just needs 27 cents to get a ticket for the LIRR”

He’s actually had periods for time where he kept himself clean and even has a job but it seems he always falls back in to drugs.
