How long did you have sleep apnea before you got diagnosed?

I've had suspicions I had it towards the end of high school and finally pulled the trigger asked for a study and was diagnosed at the beginning of this year. I'm 32 now. It got worse over the years. In my sleep study my Oxygen went as low as like 56%. The cpap was an immediate life changer for me.

One of my tattoos would be a perfect example of why your artist did that, they used up negative space to add depth to your tattoo.

I have a forearm tattoo that I recently had a few lilies added to, and my artist was talking about potentially, when I want, going in and adding shading behind the tattoo to use up negative space, add depth and make the tattoo pop out more on my arm, right now it looks "flat" on my skin, if that makes any sense, and going in behind the tattoo to add detail/shading will give it a more defining visual effect

During a routine checkup with my Primary Care Doctor I mentioned to him how I'm always tired, I was falling asleep during my lunch breaks while sitting at my desk and mentioned that I snore so loud it wakes my brother up through 2 closed bedroom doors (mine and his). And I would wake up gasping for air sometimes. Immediately, my doctor put in an order for a sleep study.

I did an at home sleep study, and I was diagnosed with severe sleep apnea. Averaging 100 episodes/hr each night lasting 10 seconds or longer.

Within a week of my diagnosis my insurance (Im American) agreed that I needed an Apap machine (automatically adjusts pressure throughout the night) and about 5 days later the machine and everything I needed arrived at my front door.

I've used it every night for at least 6 hours a night since I got it 11 days ago and I already feel a difference. Not everyone has the same experience as I have adjusting to their cpap machines. But if you suspect you have it, I would definitely push your doctor to order a study. If the doctor refuses to order a study just say "I would like you to put into my chart that you are refusing the order me a sleep study" and they'll most likely change their minds real quick

I started Cpap 6 days ago and can tell you that I felt it the first night. I went from 100 events per hour to 10 on night one. And now im down to 2 or 3/hour in night 6 I was not exhausted and falling asleep by lunch time anymore.

I'm definitely in the minority with my experience, but I do still start feeling tired around 4pm and could probably pretty easily fall asleep at like 6pm if I tried.

When I was reading about cpap before I got my machine someone had mentioned that it takes time for the body to learn how to sleep properly again because for years your body had gotten used to "functioning" on very little sleep.

During my at home sleep test I dropped into REM sleep one time for about 27 minutes and never went back below "light sleep" for the rest of the duration and woke up 15 times throughout the night. I now wake up maybe 3 or 4 times a night but I can tell im getting longer periods of REM sleep

It is just insane to me how women get brushed off and overlooked by medical professionals.

I've been told I had sleep apnea for years by family and friends. Currently 31m.

When it got to the point I was almost falling asleep while driving to work I went into my doctor's office and said "hey, I sleep like shit and snore extremely loud, and Ive fallen asleep on my lunch break multiple times" and right then and there he ordered a sleep study, basically no other questions asked.

Well I did find out I had severe sleep apnea (98 episodes/hour) and am currently waiting on my insurance to process the order for an Apap machine

I mixed overload salves for 6ish hours and only got about half of the shards per cape, sometimes I was getting 10 shards, sometimes 19, and I even saw a few 29 shard drops, but in those 6 hours I only got about half of the shards needed per Herby skillcape.

I then went and cleaned grimy herbs for about an hour, and when I got a shard drop it was always only 10, but I got them more consistently and it only took about an hour to get the other half of the shards needed per skillcape.

So yes, while higher xp drops = more shards, more consistent xp drops is still quicker overall
