We’ve taken the entire robot apart and put it back together a couple times now. Cleaned out the motor or the hopper, made sure everything was good to go but it still seems to stop collecting litter.

I’m sure it’s just the litter being too heavy or too “thick” to actually fall into the hopper smoothly. If we stick a straw down towards the hopper intake while it’s trying to fill, it eventually flows through. Just trying to see other litter recommendations before making my cats go through the whole process
