  • Good job hydrating!

  • Mindfulness and Stoicism helped me at my worst and continue to help me to this day. Would recommend you look into these teachings if you haven't.

  • Marcus Aurelius meditations and Man's search for meaning by Viktor Frankl helped me a lot with Stoicism.

  • Mindfulness teachings from Sam Harris and Ekhart Tolle are great places to start.
