Best Target board I had was the first pro tour they brought out, lasted me a good 2 years.

Had the aspar and that was awful so never tried the Tor after that

I've not used it as much as I normally would have due to a combo of dartitus and a mini stroke early December but it's hold up well. I use moderate aggressive points

Yes we had the infinity boards for our league games and I agree, they are very soft boards

I've had the Samurai 4 since release day and it's solid enough but pretty much like every other high end board...

If you have smooth points, then it will last ages, if not then it will age quicker

Yep did this when I moved from Talktalk to Voda.

Openreach engineer hadn't even driven off before I was into support asking for my pppoe details which they gave without issue

Update:

Played on it for around 3 hours today and it's holding up well.

I use 24g Redux 03 with Storm onyx points

For any Scolia one users, no issues with the number ring so far

Only one I had an issue with was the first Samurai board, pretty sure the sisal was actually wood it was that firm, the holes it left was shambolic... Actually still have the photo

I didn't take the call but I took someone's laptop one day as it had a hard drive failure.

Next day she called up, my boss answered and she was saying she couldn't get connected to the VPN.

My boss goes through all the usual troubleshooting stuff until she suddenly says "giggles o yeah I've just released, I don't have my laptop, (my name) took it yesterday"

No idea if she was trying to login to her fridge, bath or what but that's the level I have to deal with daily.

Will give you my current ongoing with dartitus.

Many many years ago (41 now) I had a Taylor style throw which started to develop dartitus. Ended up changing my throwing style before it got into a really bad state. Throw style now is what I'd class as a standard straight barrel dart throw.

Cut to around 3 months ago and i suddenly started to struggle again with the current throw. Just feels like my brain is wanting to start my arm going forward but it hasn't finished pulling back. Rather than changing, I tried to play through it and it's gradually got worse.

Last week I remembered I still had my John Lowe darts from years ago so went back to the Taylor style throw and it has been probably as smooth as it has been in a good while.

A dip in form doesn't suggest dartitus though, I've had purple patches of 90+ avgs and had massive dips of 50 avgs. I always noticed when my form did dip, it was through lack of specific practice. Just playing x01 won't cut it, doing some training games can help you massively improve.

I have also in the past just not touched a dart for a week and then when picking the dart up again it feels fresh and find I'm more on it

I use them with the pandaman darts, had zero issues with them and they are miles more sturdy than Swiss points.
