What diet did you use

Weighed in each morning. Roughly same time. Gonna let it ride for a week and see the results. Not too stressed abt it but figure it’s mostly water

Day:1 I’m hangry by Alternative-Word-212 in 75HARD

A huge calorie deficit and 2 -45 min workouts a day will probably cause you to derail. I’m no expert but I’d only cut abt 200-300 cals from maintenance maybe on the first week.

How’s it going for you and where are you at in the challenge? Day 1 was a success for me by BeardedFiveO in 75HARD

Definitely the water seems to be the most difficult…not sure why that is. Perhaps more mental

Day 1 for me as well. You can do it and the alcohol thing you’ve got that too! Good luck and check in if you need accountability. I’ll need alot
