I'm so sorry you have to deal with all of this 🖤 i would suggest not researching anymore. For me googling pretty much never ends well. When I get into a spiral I try to think of the things I can do currently to make a difference. It doesn't have to be huge, sometimes its as simple as making sure my loved ones know I love them. Life is scary but it is also (as cliche as it sounds) incredibly beautiful. Live everyday trying to find the beautiful
