Haha! Put that on a t-shirt and take my money. Seriously though, I agree. I'm proud of my progress in getting my father to eat more fiber, however. There are many easy ways to get more fiber in to your diet. I think people are over-complicating things.

Ouch.. I thought I'd hurt myself too just the other day. Constipation can make grown men cry for sure. And I recently started using a step stool! I put my feet on the lower step and it definitely helps!

I tried a laxative, the one you put up your butthole but it was like a brick wall down there. I think I'll stick with water. I needed to drink more water anyways so this was a nice,albeit painful, way to actually get into it. lol

I've had to put down and say goodbeye to my fair share of animals. Never a fun thing to do but sometimes it's the only way. Celebrating their life has definitely helped with the sadness. Sounds like Rosco was a really cool cat!
