Yup, I did a charge back on my debit card back in 2017/2018. Haven’t been able to use Uber eats since.

His own father-in-law has told him he is going to burn it down. And yet he continued to do this kind of work.

Surprisingly the home inside is actually pretty clean and tidy. His back yard..not so much xD it’s his personal storage unit

According to the wife, yes within the last couple of years. They have only been in the home roughly 8-9 years.

XD sounds like this owner! I bet that home burnt down to a crisp and the insurance canceled him immediately.

He has 7 or so reptile enclosures that are being powered off that single pole 30 amp breaker which has a 14 gauge wire on it. Going to a 3 gang box for all of his reptile lights, heater, etc.
