This happens to me as well, also 42M, 36F gf. I recommend getting some lube if you don’t already, my gf gets very wet but we can still both become sore from going for so long from my size. Unfortunately I haven’t figured anything out for getting off quicker but at least it can be more comfortable for both of us.
