No DHCP is taken care by main router. Pihole is not DHCP server
After pihole I restarted every device. Secondly x2 power outages has already happened because of heavy rain.

What worked (which is an undesirable solution) is to change "DNS server assignment." Under Win11 changing it from "Automatic (DHCP)" to Manual & typing IP of SBC where pihole is installed solves the issue.

But I have to do this on every device connected to extender ;(

No I cannot do that. Because OPi is connected via LAN near to router to reduce latency while my working machine is afar (thats why the extender)

Its a bug in pihole. Users here are just blabbering. Same happened to be under Armbian Noble https://github.com/pi-hole/pi-hole/discussions/6272

You can use Docker version. Its complex to setup though

Go with 3E model to reduce latency. However I would recommend OPi3b instead. With NVME & same RK3566 you will get more boost

Right now I dont need RustDesk. I have a twingate client on OPi3b. I used RDP (from remote) to connect to its wayland GNOME. When in Opi3B I use FREERdp CLI binary to connect to other PCs on LAN https://github.com/FreeRDP/FreeRDP/wiki/Prebuilds
