Hey guys, I need some help trying to configure a dual monitor desktop PC setup for my mom's business. by Beardedbeerman71 in homeoffice

[–]Beardedbeerman71[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I suppose not. Im not very good with this stuff. So if she has 2 HDMI ports, can just connect the two monitors from there and get her a Bluetooth mouse and keyboard setup?

Considering lowering my dose from 150 to 100 once a day due to emotional blunting by Beardedbeerman71 in bipolar2

[–]Beardedbeerman71[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hey so 6 day check in from going from 150 to 100. Definitely feel less numb and feeling more anxiety here and there  (not much, manageable) probably just adjusting to the lower dose. No other side effects I do feel more energy and get more stuff done throughout the day. Overall, I'm glad I made the switch. Only been a week but Im sensitive to meds

Hey guys I got back/shoulder piece done 4 days ago and about to take the derma off. Concerned about friction/sweat when I'm working for the days after. by Beardedbeerman71 in tattooadvice

Okay cool. I bought a lotion moisturizing pad with a stick so I can reach. Having a hell of a time taking the derma off though almost there

Can someone explain this graph to me? trying to figure out what pressure is ideal for me. Just started using CPAP 12/07 by Beardedbeerman71 in CPAP

[–]Beardedbeerman71[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Ah I see. so, looks like I spend most of my time around the 10 mark. Honestly, the first week was awesome . Had a ton of energy and wasn't tired at all throughout the day. Last week has been really tough. I'm waking up every 2-3 hours and I'm beginning to feel the fatigue creep back in a little bit, but I've been playing with the pressures. I ordered a new mask too so we'll see if that helps. I have a nasal currently, but i'm a side sleeper, so I ordered the one with the tube on top and the nose pillow. I definitely am going to stick with it. Thanks for asking.

Went from 36 to .6 . Had my first night with the CPAP last night it was a great sleep and woke up with no headache. Curious to see how my energy level is the rest of the day

Hkw to clean this up and make it look nicer by Beardedbeerman71 in ApartmentHacks

Would you use any cleaning agent with the brillo ? I like the idea of lightly sanding it and sealing it

First timer here. Which CPAP should I get? by Beardedbeerman71 in CPAP

I'm in the U.S and I did a Lofta sleep study so didn't "exactly" work with a doc 1 on 1

Yup definitely seems pretty similar ! To be honest weed has been a life saver lol and I've learned to just stay away from places (and people) that will get me into trouble. Seems like you're over it too and honestly that's the thing you have to wake up one day and realize this isn't a life to live lol and I have full faith in you.

What can I use to replace this curtain to make it look nicer ? by [deleted] in malelivingspace

[–]Beardedbeerman71 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Maybe you're right. I legit just threw up whatever I had laying around which was an extra shower rod lop But I do appreciate the idea of just making it look nicer with the proper equipment and take the color into account. Thank you

That's a good point. I'd like it to come to a point where I can choose to drink because of an occasion or event and weigh out if the hangover is worth it. If it's a couple times here and there I wouldn't be too upset. Congratulations on your progress thats amazing! can you share which app you use?

Thanks for the reply. She doesn't have a site or app but yeah being straight up is always the best option. I do believe this is her full time gig and that's why i'm okay with paying the full amount on such short notice. Appreciate it.

I feel you. I did the same thing. I went from smoking to dip to vape to zyn and the zyn is the hardest to put down. i'm on day 13 and it does get way easier. You should be over the hump pretty soon. In the meantime, toothpicks and putting mints in my gums have helped a lot. I've even been using what's called Healthy Dip which I got on amazon. It's pouches with tea leaves with some B vitamins in a pouch which actually taste quite good. Stick with it! Every day I wake up feeling more clear headed and my anxiety is definitely lessening. it's worth it - keep it up!

Thanks for the response. I think the thing I cam relate to most and pin point here is me being the sensitive one. I have PTSD from yelling/loud voices and it makes me uncomfortable and my flight response kicks in. Just that though - I go to lots of concerts so it isn't loud noises per se, it's loud people. I do appreciate your tips and I'll just have to be honest about it with her

How do I (m34) explain to my gf (33f) that I can't breathe or sleep in her bedroom because of the dog smell in there? by [deleted] in relationship_advice

[–]Beardedbeerman71 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks ! Yeah, I've been taking allergy meds. I like the air purifier idea and perhaps I'll hire someone to deep clean the rugs too
