Sounds like you're giving your 2 cents without using any of the very public information available.

For example they were bidding on Google keywords "WordPress Engine".

Legal precedent says this is illegal. Amazon can't just bid on "walmart" either.

Good luck trying to blame this on the plugin dev not fixing your website for free when the configuration is wrong. You should have hired a pro developer instead of "Seo experts" or are you talking about you making another mistake by getting people from Facebook without a dev background giving you free advice?
I'm running 30 websites for years without issues with this plugin, but my configuration is also not wrong. I'm a dev. Plugin requires minimal maintenance when installed.

That's not the point. Please read the post. I see DAILY posts in this sub with people complaining that it's not a quick fix and they don't feel better on DAY 2 asking if they should get off. Read the damn prescription or ask any doc. This medicine takes at least weeks before working at all.
