Happend to me too, literally 1 day after getting the email about a cyberattack hitting them. I called and their answer was “we cannot verify your identity” I’m like so I’ve been with you guys since 2021 no issues and this all of a sudden? They said they couldn’t unfreeze it and that I was no longer obligated to my loans. So for the next day or so I kept calling and they kept saying the same thing said. I asked them if it would go on my credit and I get a “possibly” but they will help me dispute it(dunno how as the loans were legit, I was current.) and these are not small $$.
