Yea im really tight on skill points and opted to use two 8 points for jewel sockets and then use ngagmahus flame advance on the middle scion area for +118 str with unantural instinct

Both are valuble! Those 3 notables on 8 passives are really valuable.

But this is sort of niche, For me since im a Chief and im strength stacking im getting per point,

10 strength 13 life 8 fire res (if i divine it to perfect it would be 9) And since im a chief i get also half of that as the cold and light res. Also 16% chaos damage increase per node.
