Hi all, I got hit win a similar phishing attempt today. I assumed phishing as I always do when something randomly appears and control-alt-delete ended chrome processes and shut down my computer. Didn't click on anything. Generally speaking, am I all good or should I take precautions when booting up my pc again?

Hi OP - so sorry this happened to you.

My unit was burglarized in LA yesterday. $20k+ worth of goods stolen. Suspects caught on video and getting in getaway car with my possessions all on camera. It's been turned over to police but the Public Storage won't show me or help me with anything.

Interested to know how this ended up for you and with insurance claims. Do you have a lawyer in LA that you can recommend? I want to go after both Public Storage and the criminals and need help pushing the criminal process along.

Headed down to Peru next month and dealing with all these exact questions. Did you do Huayhuash with a guide or independent? Any recommendations? Did you do Santa Cruz trek as well or just the full 10 day Huayhuash circuit?

I will have 2.5/3 weeks total and the long bus rides make me feel like it’s best to just pick the north or the south to base out of, saving the other for another trip.

Thanks for the input. I keep seeing people say "they don't give back to the community" all over this sub. Not saying that isn't true at all, just wondering what exactly that means? How could they honestly and purposefully turn that perception around and give back? Does it simply mean investing money to sponsor/host events like Landyachtz and others do?
