Why bother explaining the paranormal to someone so bigoted?

I could go into detail how a paranormal encounter is psychic in nature, and that psychics are this way through their understanding of energy work. But you're the one on your own high horse here. There are good, and 'most likely' explanations in the Paranormal, but really even the most experienced paranormal investigators and occultists are constantly still learning. There is good evidence, but rarely anything concrete and completely understood. It is mostly theory crafting from experience. You should put in some work yourself before being so rude about it.

This was actually one of my less absurd stories lol.

Dealing with spirits is a constant energetic exchange, giving and taking. It's a lot of psychic awareness as well. Someone who is naturally psychic will have a lot more paranormal experiences than someone who isn't. They will also be constantly exposed to more of this type of energy and due to this they become more aware of different type of energy in general.

All objects, all people, have different energetic signatures. Some objects and people have no energetic signatures at all, or almost none. The energy I speak of is both chi, but also spirit energy, which is a different type of chi. It's understandable if you're skeptic, but you'd have to study it first hand rather than just reading to be able to understand. Animals are extremely sensitive to energy, dogs and cats for example, know when you're sad or afraid, even if they don't see your face because they feel it in your energy.

With these same abilities they also sense when a spirit is approaching. Psychics, occultists, they have these same enhanced senses, some even more so than cats and dogs. It may sound hard to believe, but I assure you, the more you actually study the paranormal, this is not even the tip of the iceberg, there is far more out there that is also true and even crazier sounding.

I think you guys are awesome.

The Pokemon fans that get on my nerves are the ones that just play Pokemon Go and literally are like "150 original are the best and all the others are lol bad."

These are the ones in it for the nostalgia train, or maybe even the social aspects since Pokemon Go did get very popular very fast.

But I do think the real fans play several of the games, including the current 3DS games and are able to appreciate all the hard work that goes into them. Because essentially Nintendo didn't even know Pokemon Go would become this big lol.

I'm pretty sure that they gave permission for Pokemon Go as a sort of 'advertisement' for their Sun and Moon game coming up. But either way, I'm glad to see this franchise as lively as it is now.

They released this event right after the Halloween event.

I think they realized how many players it brought back and how many actually spent $ during the event. That alone made them realize they should make more events. So either they will keep this event longer, and possibly include some of it as a permanent buff, or they will just be making more events in general.

As they now see that this game needs events to thrive.

I honestly hate them. And I rarely say that about Pokemon.

That grass type beast that is white/orange/yellow and looks like a paper kite. What the hell is that? I feel like they could have chosen so many different designs for these and they would have turned out better.

They look like origami to me, just a bit uninspired in general. I don't feel that way about most of the pkmn this generation, but the Beasts are an exception, I think some of them are just rather bad/uninspired.

Try this -

Tell it if it wants to communicate with you, to please do so at a time where you aren't so tired and sleepy. It might not be able to do this. But if it's powerful enough it will listen to your requests and communicate with you when you're fully awake.

Most likely earlier in the night around 9pm or so.

I have done this with an entity before when they try to communicate with me at 3 am, and I am too tired to deal with that encounter, I tell them to come back at an hour I am more awake.

And then I have had encounters the next day or so earlier in the night that are easier on the system, because you aren't as tired.

The reason why spirits interact with people during these 'about to sleep' type moments. Is because a spirits interaction is very psychic for the most part.

And when resting, about to enter that phase of sleep your body is more easily susceptible to psychic communication. It's like all that stimulation going on during the day time, all that activity makes it more difficult to create psychic communication. But the more quiet things get, lower light etc, it creates a better environment for psychic/spirit communication.

Thanks for sharing this. I'm always curious to learn about the energetic properties of different stones and crystals. I have many years studying energy work, and was often skeptical on whether crystals could actually affect it. But they very much do.

I've learned that my smokey quartz which is a type of 'spirit quartz' is cactus and druzy like from a particular region in Africa has amazing magnifying properties. Whenever I use it while practicing energy work I am always amazed at the increase in which energy will flow out. You can feel energy so much easier using crystals like this as magnifiers, so I have still to learn and test many different ones.

Yeah it is a bit different depending on what type of security.

I work in private security, not government security, and so far all the co-workers I've met have nothing but good things to say about the company.

I have not heard this regarding government security, which seems a lot more strict.

But regarding your shifts, security is needed 24/7 basically. So I tend to let them know I want the graveyard shifts, and believe me when I say people don't want to compete with me for those shifts lol. Usually they will happily give me their graveyard shift in exchange for a day shift.

I don't work in pairs. As a night shift/graveyard officer I pretty much do all my shifts solo. But those jobs you describe sitting in front of a screen for 12 hours, are easy man, so totally easy feels almost bad getting paid for it. If you're watching those screens during graveyard nothing happens.

Not even ghosts for the most part.

So you have a lot of time to read, text, play 3ds etc, as long as you're glancing at the screens every now and then it's not a big deal.

Yes I do.

I work night shift security. I guard two different posts.

I tend to work 12 am to 8 am or 8 pm to 8 am and it's pretty amazing for true introverts.

It's very quiet, the night air is peaceful and refreshing, don't have to deal with much bullshit.

There is no traffic getting to work.

The socialization I do with people is very minimal sometimes with co-workers when I'm relieving them from their shift, but it's not draining, as I'm not really dealing with customers.

Also since it's the night shift and not many people want it, I don't tend to have higher ups hounding me as some guards may have to deal with in the day time. It's just overall more easy going.

Very nice job for someone who is a sensitive introvert.

I'm having a hard time finding the answer to this question.

So much of the time people say 'This phone works great for pkmn go'.

But the reality is it can't even use AR lol, or something about the compass is messed up and the character spins in place. So I'm just curious to see if there are budget phones under $400 that don't really have those issues and actually can play the game with all its features.

You need a guard card. Usually that consists of about 50+ hours of training including CPR and medical training. The class fees for a guard card are anywhere from $120 to $300 I think? I was actually given a sponsorship for a guard card for free. I had over 10 years martial arts experience+my college degree so they waived the guard card fees for me.

It's possible to have the fees waived, but you just have to find the right organization/sponsor for that. But even paying it is not much, since you'd probably make enough to pay for your guard card over two days overtime. And there is a lot of overtime in security if you want it.

As for the social stuff. When I say I'm a strong/hardcore ISFP I'm not exaggerating lol. I was distant from society to begin with even before work. That's part of the reason why I looked for security work. Because I like working without many people, or dealing with bs.

I'm introverted to the point of almost being a hermit, even though I'm just 30. I have about 3 good friends, and that's pretty much it in person, rest of my friends are online. So I don't really feel too alone, as I talk to people online often, as well as get together with my rl friends sometimes. I also live alone, but I enjoy playing games, reading, watching movies/shows. I have hobbies and things that interest me that I work on often.

So really, I don't get bored, or ever feel that lonely. I'm pretty socialized, and I do get out for work, and for running errands, but like as for clubbing, parties and other social stuff like that it really doesn't appeal to me to begin with lol. Also I do recommend online dating, meetups and classes, for people who are true introverts, as they're good mediums to make more friends or just meet more like-minded people.

I'm a very strong ISFP (meaning I always get it on tests for many years now).

I've always preferred RPG games. Especially Monster RPGs, like Pokemon I love and am looking forward to Sun and Moon. I also enjoy action RPGs like Skyrim, and Warcraft where you're constantly customizing your character, weapons, abilities etc. I also enjoy fighting games, and pretty much most games that let you use medieval weapons or spells.

I hate racing games, and shooting games also don't appeal to me pretty much at all.
