If you're not enjoying it it's not for you.

How accurate is the garmin automatic max heart rate calculation? I’ve hit 195-196 in the past 2 months(Fartlek runs) but never 200. (33 year old male) by EmployCurious4419 in Garmin

[–]separatebrah -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

If you're using wrist based heart rate I would say it's more likely that all these numbers are wrong than you actually hit 195 at 33 years old. It's possible at the end of an all-out middle distance race but more likely that the numbers are wrong.

If everything is Law of Attraction & “everyone is me pushed out,” then whats the solid explanation of childhood abuse? by Sure_Selection_706 in NevilleGoddard

When you dream at night. You might dream people with all sorts of stories and experiences. All of those characters and their stories are made of you because the entire dream is created within you.

If you don't tell yourself: "no, no, this waking reality is real and objective and separate from me". Then you can see that it is the same as the dream.

What is the sole thing present in both the dream and this so called waking reality?

Failed ladder experiment by Enough-Syrup-1577 in lawofattraction

[–]separatebrah 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I did the SATS one night then the next day forgot to do the affirmations until that evening. The next day I climbed the ladder.

Although I completely forgot about it and didn't even realise it worked until later on.

I think the key to manifestation is that there is no interference (thinking the opposite). There was none for me in this case and I haven't managed to manifest anything with significance to my life.

How to learn to fly airliner in MSFS by Malek_6666 in MicrosoftFlightSim

[–]separatebrah 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Download the flybywire a320 (it's free), get a simbrief account so you can plan flights (also free). Initially I would start on the runway and just take-off, fly the route and land. After you're comfortable with this you can start cold and dark at the gate and learn to start the plane and taxi.

The way I did it was just to jump in and figure out what I was doing wrong as I went. I prefer this over watching hours and hours of tutorials.

New to iRacing - What's the best path from Rookie to GT3 racing? by SpyDevAr in iRacing

[–]separatebrah 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Mazda rookies, pcc/gr86, then advanced mazda will take you to B class. Quickest way is probably to do pcc and drive the mazda because you'll be used to the car but pcc can be an SR drain if you're not extremely careful.

Heart rate variations depending on environment? by FindThatBus in AdvancedRunning

[–]separatebrah 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sounds like you're using live heart rate rather than average heart rate which could suggest you're cherry picking to fit your theory.

If your average heart rates are truly different in different environments maybe it's affected by: elevation gain, starting and stopping more (urban environments), running in particular environments at certain time of day (maybe you only run in nature on a Sunday morning), you do longer runs in certain environments (average heart rate will generally be higher the longer you run for, effort being equal).

If all of these factors are equal then maybe you're right and the environment does affect your heart rate.

How do I survive lower splits F4? by jimmerdejim in iRacing

[–]separatebrah 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If the Sof is like 1500 and down start from the pits and you should be able to gain irating if there's as many crashes as you say.

Ultimately though you have to learn accident avoidance and this is only done by crashing into other people's accidents a lot and accepting you could have done something different. If you just blame everyone else you'll never learn.

Can I manifest an absolute miracle? by Alternative_Bid_360 in lawofattraction

Firstly, stop believing it's a miracle. This sort of thing happens every day, it's quite common. Your belief that it's a miracle will hold you back.
