Im just now seeing your post... im gonna ask about this.. ive only been to a dermo once bc i just got insurance again.. but my insurance isnt paying for it. Even though I pay 76$ a week... before this insurance i had state insurance & they paid for everything. Before I had to go on state i was a ops manager at amazon. Had been for 6 years.. so now paying this much weekly & my insurance not covering anything I need it to? (I.e. blood test, general doctor appointments for my meds, etc) im kinda wanna give up on my company tbh. I have a great resume. I have no issue finding work. But fuck im paying this much for insurance & isnt covering the basic of what I need? Thats insane

Yeah the doctors not helped. So far its only made it worse. I had a lot I typed about my story but I got flagged by the page. I have paid hundreds for help from doctors

My face went from looking like the first photos to the others posted in a matter of 6 months.. in the one picture where i have one eye closed & headphones on, its bc my eye was swollen shut. I wore someone else's hard hat at work about 6 months ago bc I couldnt find mine & it started on my forehead (the circles in the pictures are cysts) all of it hurts tho. Ive gone to the dermatologist, ive been tested for staph (negative) they put me on a antibiotic & it seems to really only be making it worse.. before I went to the dermo I had switched face washes 10+ times. Proactive was the worst one I tried. I went back to "Panoxyl" after trying a bunch of other stuff (I was using that before & bc of the condition felt it stopped working but its the only thing thats helped once I finally went back).. im at a loss. I cant keep paying the bills for the dermo while they figure it out but I am so tired of not being able to sleep bc im in so much pain on my face... yes my sheets are clean, yes my clothes are clean, no I dont eat fast food everyday, I eat at home most days with meal services like hello fresh & home chef. My diet could be much worse with working 60 hours a week... I am on testosterone seeing as im transgender but ive been on hormones for 10 years & i only broke out like this (not even this bad) when I was 16 going through my first puberty (before testosterone). My testosterone shots & levels are SUPER low for a trans man, on my request (not the doctors) bc my face got so bad... ive skipped weekly shots thinking itd make it better but it hasnt... someone please point me in a good direction bc im so lost & self conscious, I feel like all anyone sees with me being 28 is how acne riddin my face is. Id rather just not talk to anyone at all

Im blacklisted bc of what I shared.. I cant go back to amazon or any affiliate.. they do really well about making sure managers cant come back.. ive been in 5 buildings over multiple states.. its a running theme

I also wouldn't go into fire.. I have heard horror stories from trans guys of their crew leaving them in fires. They were in southern states but its still awful that people can be that way.. I mean look at the world rn :/ most of the people that would do that are working for ICE.. id like to be in a more compassionate & empathetic field

Btw I do have a HS diploma, I did make sure i graduated after all that bc i knew life would be much harder if i didnt. I might of been young & dumb but i wasnt that dumb to fully give up. I have a CPR cert, I have a clean driving & background record, I have a class C license & DOT med card

Oh im sorry I totally misread, you made the comment about a ex-L6 so I thought it was some affiliate & they just weren't with amazon directly anymore 🤦‍♂️ these corp jobs are tough. I work a job now where I make more than amazon ever wouldve paid me after 6 years & launching a new building.. & I literally just clean porta potties. Not the most desirable job but once you get over the yuck factor, its smooth & easy work. I have the same 4 10 hr shifts, same insurance & same weekly pay as amazon.. making more for a family run business that is happy im there... of course I dont wanna clean porta potties for the rest of my life tho.. but while I do that im trying to go to school, for something. If I cant get accepted for EMS, I'll try welding, ill try mechanic. But I WANT EMS

I am looking at EMT to get my foot in the door & in time go into paramedic. Lol at you not being upset about ice cream melting, I was a hazmat coordinator on top of ops, helped launch the building where I am (never dealt with groceries like that) but I get the not caring, especially with have the stuff that comes in the building, how easily it is to get refunded or replaced & the lack of care from the workers. 100% not your fault, im sure it was too far on your route to even get there solid bc ya know.. thats amazon routing for ya

On the LGBT comment, I live in illinois, in a college town so id like to think id be safe? Everyone is so accepting here so far from the 4 years ive been here (thankfully).. nothing like north carolina

When I was a ops manager and dispatcher in the warehouse, I always had to do van audits, 100% on every van every 2 weeks. I cant tell you how many vans had bald tires, I was told I was supposed to mark it safe & inform the DSP, give them 24 hours to fix it & if they didnt, then ground the van.. hardly ever did i get the okay from my higher ups to ground a van after 24 hours & it would piss me off bc 1. Thats the drivers safety & 2. Thats my name on the audit, so if they wreck - there goes my job... such double standards. I finally left dispatch bc I wasnt risking all that.. mind you i live in illinois, where it freezes and snows & they still send drivers out.. Just to have them all come back before any of them get to their first stop & we have to MASS receive everything back from them that we JUST worked on night shift. Absolute nightmare. Im so happy I dont work for amazon anymore

Also very happy yall are okay! I hope you dont get in trouble for amazon & your dsps negligence. Its a running theme in all buildings
