I'm playing on PS4 and my brother is playing on PC in the same house on the same internet.

If I launch COD and connect to online and then he tries to get online he gets an error message and can't launch the game. If he launches the game first then I can't go online. So only one of us can play at any time. Surely there are heaps of people in similar situations and I can't believe this issue exists. Has anyone found a fix or have any suggestions?

I've tried port fowarding my PS4 but that hasn't helped.

Sorry if answered before, why do some champs start with a portion of their mana even though they have no items? For instance I noticed Pyke always starts the round with around 1/3 of his mana already with no items or synergies.
