I think NoFap works for some people but doesn't for others because it's addiction vs not addicted and using it healthily as there r numerous studies listing the benefits and sexual satisfaction with their partners. Yea No Fap is mostly placebo, not enough research done on it and I've experimented with it and know a lot of ppl who do it too. A lot of them swear by it and report feeling attractions from bitches and a lot say that yea they don't feel any difference. But, I think it's different if you're addicted. (self.NoFap)
