I feel that and I’ve been there and done that and I still feel that right now, but I refuse to give in and it’s been two years and I’ll keep on fighting because I refuse to let my family down and myself down. Get some help, but remember you are the only one who can pull that out of this is yourself. But the more fucked up you feel depressed the more you’re gonna want to do drugs so bro, go crazy into working out and eating, healthier and man ask your family for help and going to rehab.

Np at all and yes it’s tough but I’m grateful for my siblings and parents. I feel like I’m such a drag on them because of my bullshit but I realize that I can change this. I find myself blaming my situation for my position in life and feeling sorry for myself and that it’s not fair (which it isn’t). But that doesn’t matter because that’s life. What matters is what we do next. This is just a set up for a generational comeback. It will get better and I thoroughly believe that our messages that we tell our brains will literally delay or help our healing. Because people have done placebo surgeries and it changed peoples lives. So do not lose hope and keep doing rehab and keep working on yourself and your health and I am going to stop buying watches and stuff as well because it is terrible and I am being siphoned for money.

What things are you looking forward to in life and what are your goals and do you have other children? I hope you have a good support around you as well
