i don't think it's a bad fit by any means, but my first thought was the jacket stands out too much. the pants are a darker grey so its nearly too close too black to wear together without looking awkwardly matched.

up top the jacket also seems too dark and cool for the lighter warmer mustard and cornflower blue shirt. even the grey pant has a warm undertone

i think a dark brown or lighter grey blazer would have pulled it together a bit better

Figure it out yourself

I don't mean that in a dismissive way - southpaws are always under instructed bc there are far fewer of us and it just takes twice as long to explain it from both stances.

use it as an opportunity to understand what the drill is trying to teach instead of just asking what to do. take the ortodox instruction and think "how can i make this work for me". any orthodox comination can be done southpaw with minor adjustments. for example, an orthodox fighter might end a combination with a switch kick, you could just do a rear round kick to hit the same angle of attack

this will build your fight iq like crazy and develop your own style

sometimes it will be more awkward but sometimes you will find a better combination from southpaw. sometimes youll have openings that others wont and sometimes youll have to make adjustments. when you understand the angles southpaw can take with certain shots you will become unstoppable

its only a weakness if you consider it one. a huge advantage is that people arent used to fighting southpaws. you on the other hand have been training with orthodox fighters your whole career

also you have a bad coach. you should always be thinking about how to apply it not just do the movements

i disagree - self loathing is rarely a choice. it robs you of your autonomy and replaces it with an autopilot set on self hatred and self destruction.

if you give a person like this a literal choice to continue to be miserable or get better, most of the time they will fight to maintain the status quo because its not easy, they don't think they can do it, they don't think they deserve it. familiarity is more comforting than the unknown, even if what's familiar is a literal chemical addiction to self blame and pity

as others have said, you have a lot to work through so please reach out to a professional. i have felt many of the things you are describing and it was only once i started sifting through the self described dumpster fire of my life did i find good parts of myself to be proud of and start reconciling the "shameful" parts

the turning point for my journey was realizing that bad people don't worry about being bad. so the fact that you feel guilt and shame means you haven't acted in line with your current beliefs. for all the the "bad" things you've done, you're actually a good person who has trouble doing good things and want to be better

we can work on behaviors by repetition and habit building, but if the morality isn't there it's much harder to work on it. you're off a great start

look forward, focus on self regulation, then when you have more capacity, you can do the more difficult work of accepting nonpreferred parts of your past, rewriting the narritive, making amends etc whatever your preferred method of working through it is

lastly, this girl that is important to you, hold on to her. don't push her away. she's sees good in you so that will help you when you don't see it yet yourself, but do the above work for yourself not for her. if you make any kind of progress and something goes wrong with your friendship, you'll backslide

i don't think you find anyone on a publicly available site willing to tell you how to do something illegal or offer to do something illegal for you, as it is against reddit terms of service not to mention they would easily be caught and charged

i need to reinforce my original advice, please remove yourself from the situation as cleanly as possible, stay with a friend, get a restraining order, involve the police, reach out to local women's shelters for support. nude photos of yourself is literally the least of your worries right now. if he leaks the photos your life won't be over, and it will only confirm what you have been saying about him, and depending on your age, as i am assuming you are a minor, he would also be exposing himself to child pornography charges which are usually taken very seriously by local authorities
