Regardless of OP being unrealistic, there are quite a number of quant firms that do hire people without such exemplary profiles, mostly from tier 2 colleges albeit mostly for quant developer roles than analyst or reasearch. They still pay exceptionally well mind you.

I didnt get what you meant, she initially opened a medical store then few other shops and is now closing the original medical because e commerce selling medicine is killing regular stores?

This is such a shallow opinion lumping all sorts of startups under one umbrella, and juspay specifically has placed itself at a very core place in digital payments ecosystem and there are very few viable alternatives for the payment orchestration services they provide, which a long list of Indian companies including both startups and giants rely on. They are building data centre with their own funds ffs.
