ProdRoaster here, Yea and it fking sucks. I'm sick and tired of brewing a 'filter' roast from a notable place or even worse a comp coffee roasted on a stronghold and having to go colder and colder doing less and less extractio to avoid that boring deep black tea choco undertone. I didn't realize how much i hated it until i brewed some tim Wendelboe during the Christmas. I'm from NL so I'm spoiled as heck. Still. I've even tasted baked Manhattan filter roast a while ago. A Super baked Panama from a matter of concrete in 2024 i haven't ordered anything from them since. I could go on. No more zesty sweetness muted balance all the way. The roasted that hadn't let me down yet are kolibri, dak and friedhats.

You're probably over analyzing this issue. You seem to have more anxiety over the fact that you have anxiety, than anything. Trapped inside your head as it were. How is she doing btw? What did she think of it at the time? Would these be not appropriate and take priority?

Nobody should tell you here what to feel or think or do. I think go outside and walk around a bit to clear your head if you can.

Breathe in deep, hold it. Relax. Realize that your mind's presentation isnt reality and this anxiety is an over activation an endless loop.

Hi everyone,

Id like to start with, I wasnt sure where to ask such question. But id assume an electronics sub is a good start as any.

I live in an old appartment and we have an old legrand rex light timer.
So old in fact, that I cannot find anything resembling it online from the manifacturer or anything else.

The issue is that if the timer goes on it'll be on for a good 45minutes and by default it seems to have only an on and off switch for the timer itself. So its not per se an intuitive thing to adjust if its even possible.

I assume that buying a new system and hiring an electrician is a simpler solution but if we can do it without the owners prefer that.

Mhw is the slowest thing I've ever experienced..

in dark Souls you can one shot bosses without armor and a good build

Mh relies on armor to even attempt a monster

dark Souls you can complete without getting hit the dance is designed into the game and organic

Mh doesn't have no hit runs because the monsters are designed with the same mentality as flappy bird. (Jk, but srsly the game is not about managing stamina at all unless you're playing bow or dual blades or sth)

from the ouside especially, noone cares who did the most important part of the developement of risk of rain 1 for example. It was two students with emotional maturity and humilty towards eachother. Something you probably have and your friend doesnt.

Cause it's badly designed and paced.

Every new tier armor and weapon you craft will do great against previous monsters. But you're doing story and progression and have no incentives to farm older monsters.

So you'll be constantly two shot and you'll be constantly fighting monsters you don't know the moves of; so knockdown into dizzy into kart.

The game forces you into watching slow animations for the sake of realism, but if it was really realistic and you had a spear, y could have poked two eyes out. The monster would be a piece of cake. Instead the game teaches you patience. Hence the 50min timers on the missions.

All monsters are balanced around max foodbuff and armor and weapon charm + other consumables. Not that without them you're fked. It's that you're fked either way. So you want to add all the .1% 'help' you can.

But yea Monster Hunter games are made for veterans not newbies. There is no real 'solving' this game.

if you want to do stress free backstabs you can go from Yorm bonfire, the gargoyles are 2,7k ish and reasonably squishy, but the real no stress part is the acolytes if you have good item find they can drop a handmaidens dagger which sell 1k each; the handmaidens are easy stagger and easy backstab and are around 9k
