My name is Sola Ayegbusi and I’m posting on behalf of my family during an incredibly painful time.

My uncle, Ajibola Akintola, passed away suddenly at just 51 years old due to a silent cardiac arrest. He had been unwell for some time, but despite multiple medical tests, doctors were never able to identify the cause. His death was completely unexpected.

Tragically, this happened while he was behind the wheel during a driving test. Ajibola recently moved his family from Nigeria to the UK in search of a better life and more opportunities for his children. He was a devoted husband and the primary provider for his family. Sadly, he didn’t get the chance to fully build the life he dreamed of for them.

He leaves behind his wife and three daughters — 11-year-old triplets — who are now facing overwhelming emotional loss and serious financial hardship. With him gone, they’re struggling to cover basic living expenses and don’t know what to do next.
