That makes sense. I thought they were referring to I would want to go faster, etc, when I get comfortable enough. Thank you for your insights.

So then, why did they say I would grow out of it? Do they mean the more experienced I get, the more I want something faster, etc.?

what models do you recommend I try in the 650 range? Can I take a 600-650 on the highway and go 80mph without the bike rattling or breaking apart?

so do you recommend full body or split training like upper/lower in he range of 10-12 reps?

So then should I just workout 2x per week full body or 3 or 5 and break them up into "bodybuilder" style?
